I don't know much about the mod since I wasn't following its development, I'll try to explain it as best I can, but I don't have the full details or reached out to anyone that does.
Pizza Tower Special Delivery+ was a mod merge between "Pizza Tower Special Delivery" & "Pizza Tower Lapping Plus", they had a YouTube channel uploading songs for the mod & was shown in Weegio's PT Modding Direct.
There was a falling out with one of the co-creators of the mod merge so then other creator announced that the mod's name was gonna change, they decided on "Pizza Tower: As seen on TV" after a poll, they then either deleted the Special Delivery+ Channel renamed it & deleted/privatized all their videos.

Unlike Pizza Tower Full Course, which did the same thing upon merging with Pizza Tower Round 2 but still has their old SoundCloud up which has all of the songs uploaded to their YT. For what I've seen, none of the songs were uploaded anywhere else officially, & I've only seen one fan reupload. The new YT channel is presumably gonna do it but only has 3 videos up, the latest being 2 Months ago so it's been slow.
In the months when I was absent, I downloaded this song with my crappy school laptop while the channel was still PTSD+, I still had the download on Canva so re-downloaded with my main laptop & uploaded it here.
I don't claim anything here as mine, this was done for preservation proposes.
Edit: This song was made by "The Consul" I will link their Soundcloud as soon as I get advance features back on YouTube
The OG title was in Japanese, but it translated into "Crazy Train" for I remember. Don't ask for more PTSD+ Reuploads, this was the only song I have.
