Having ridden the bike for 2 weeks, I share my thoughts on the all-new Specialized Tarmac SL9. Specialized were kind enough to send over an RTP S-Works frameset in my size and challenged me to build it up using the best-of-the-best components from Panda Podium. The Result? A sub-5kg race bike.
