*** UPDATE***:
My friend Haydn and I talked to the manager at Target. As long as Palutena and Dark Pit aren't exclusive and Target gets stock of them, he will hold one of each for us and we won't have to wait in a line. If they end up being exclusive, we'd be able to hold Wave 5 September figures. I'm very happy with this outcome.
