This is a recording I received from Tara at WA State Summer Con in Puyallup, WA in June 2023. It features Timmy Turner asking Cosmo and Wanda to give him magical power so he can challenge Raven to a duel. Raven doesn't take kindly to this. She locks Timmy away in a portal and then steals Cosmo and Wanda away to get some waffles.
