Tara Stiles, founder of Strala Yoga, a system that focuses on moving over posing, allowing each person the freedom to practice at their own pace. Here, Tara sits down with Integrative Nutrition to discuss the importance of bioindividuality, how her background in dance influenced her style of yoga and how yoga can empower people to make better choices in their own lives.

Founded in 1992 by Joshua Rosenthal, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition has gone from 20 students to 100,000 students and graduates in over 150 countries, making IIN the world's largest online nutrition school! The curriculum consists of over 100 dietary theories, and includes topics such as bioindividuality, primary food and health advocacy.

Integrative Nutrition’s course, the Health Coach Training Program, teaches students to launch a meaningful new career as a Health Coach. Its unique curriculum combines holistic nutrition education with comprehensive business training, coaching techniques, and self-improvement philosophies.

Through Integrative Nutrition’s innovative online learning platform, the IIN Learning Center, students can study on their computer, smartphone, or tablet. The Health Coach Training Program syncs across devices, so students can sign in from anywhere to study at their own pace.
