Tara Foley is the Managing Director of the Bank of Scotland, a role to which she was appointed in May 2019. In her role as Managing Director, she oversees the operations of the Bank of Scotland and the needs of more than 3 million customers. She used to work at Lloyds Banking Group.

In this video, Foley shares the challenges of making a business’ interactions with customers more meaningful, and how to make sure that this level of access isn’t used recklessly. She explains how crucial it is for big businesses and institutions to share information and contribute to national infrastructure through the information they have gathered, as well as the necessity of constantly innovating.
