On October 17th, 2011, Tar Sands Action paid a visit to an Obama For America office in Manhattan, accompanied by acclaimed documentary filmmaker Josh Fox (Gasland) and David Braun of United For Action. The group rallied in front of the office, speaking to the New York State OFA Campaign Director and delivering over 500 petitions demanding that the Obama administration reject the Keystone XL pipeline and fracking in the Delaware River Basin.
