Using Tree taper boring head on the milling machine to bore tapered holes for a rack to hold my Cat 40 tool holders.

• Shot of mill and toolholders in drawers
• Designing racks from leftover materials around the shop
• Using a 'universal' protractor bevel to measure the taper
• Calculating the angle from the protractor reading. Calculator used is a HP48GX. These are out of production but enjoy a following. The program shown is not standard on a Ti-8x series. The 48GX is quite expensive used. The 48G is easy to find and usually inexpensive by comparison (check ebay).
