To get the effect of the tape I used an anisotropic radial noise and a planar projection with height to produce the effect, then colour variation on top.

From the SP101 live workshop, four sessions texturing a spy briefcase from grey mesh to finished render. Starts 15 September, enrolment closes on the 11th.
