How many packs of tape in hair extensions do you need? When shopping for tape in hair extensions for yourself it can be daunting to know how much you should order for your hair goals. How many grams do you need, how many pieces or sandwiches should you get? I will break down some guidelines to follow in this video; a tape in hair extension shopping guide.

-150g total, but I did only end up using 125g
*I said T8-8/22 and M18/60 in the video because that's what it said on the tag but when I cross referenced the colours on the website they are listed as R8-8/22 and P18/60, sorry for any confusion! If you need any help with the colours just give them an email :).
