I'm alive, Where WInds Meet just consumed every waking moment of my life for a month or so...
So anyway. I played Drakengard 1 for the Nier context, and now I want to play the third one, so I guess I'll go through this one too. You can go back and watch Ending A of the first game and then resume here or something.

I really missed these characters and the story, but I still cant put a finger on why I hate the gameplay on these games so much.

Drakengard 1 didnt have the most fleshed out characters, but here these antagonists just show up, they have a few words and then they die.
The first game felt like characters playing in some artsy theatre, moving around, probably because Caim couldnt talk so everyone else did. Here it all feels so much cheaper and brushed off.

The ruins are probably the most annoying place to go for challenges, there are some rooms to respawn enemies but those are behind bosses, so either kill that or go back to the entrance.

Was late to upload so HD might take a while.
So Dissidia, the ultimate fanfic. Its like when all the red rangers got together. The game was a monster of fanservice, but to view every scene it took probably a few hundred hours, having to start lvl 1 with every character was a lot of grind.
And even if NT did some... strange things with the story, their version of the main song was awesome.
