Context: I was playing Left 4 Dead 2 with the 8 Survivors SourceMod plugin and a few Nightmare related addons. The campaign played is "CEDA Fever" and it got to the point where I was close to death and not finding first aid kit. Then a Tank showed up unannounced! I swear he swung in my direction!
