If you are working outdoors, keep your project out of direct sunlight and extreme heat. When applying finishes be sure to cover your workspace and wear gloves. We used plastic sheeting under our paper to protect our work surface. If you are using an acrylic-based finish, be sure to be in a well-ventilated area.
