Amazon Detective launched two new features which helps users better understand their security data. This will help you to reduce your investigation time and incident reponse time.

But, what I find interesting is that these types of features aren't "flashy" enough to make a big launch or announcement. While the original blog post is solid and explains the functionality, how can we—the larger community, not just AWS—better advocate for and promote these features?

If people aren't using them, wouldn't it make more sense just to remove them from the codebase?
