This #stocklocksunday mortise cylinder was used on a business store front. The evil keyway turned out to be an old Corbin. After gutting, I discovered it was drilled for a 7th chamber, though the plug was only 6 pins. It picked strangely, and I also found that one of the springs was only half-sized, and did not properly pressure the driver pin.")

And, well revisit my very first PTPK (Pin Tumbler Push Key) lock. I reference Video 122 (picking an old Corbin lever lock) and 77 - rebuilding and keying that first Corbin PTPK")

I decided to gut the Yale 840 I picked in video #90. Once I had it apart, I was able to make a key for it. Youll see everything I saw while it was apart, and then a working lock with a key. Hope you find it interesting! Thanks to Chris Capune for advising me on the disassembly.")
