Celsius has low Iron Stance, making it accessible to be broken without overly relying on Eagle's Rage or Soulstoke Spin. However, she has a low, triangular hurtbox that makes me whiff low aerial attacks and makes her feel awkward to juggle when she's in the air and aiming at her with specific artes.
She initially had earth and water nullification, though is weak to fire.
Moves fast, but her artes and attacks have a bit of startup. I had the most trouble with the sliding ice rain attack, due to my natural inclination to use Rending Quake. Her catching me with Cold Prison(uses it in her regular attacks after 50%) was a bit annoying.
I like the use of Linked Explosion to dash through the enemy while hitting them, so I wanted to use that approach in this fight. LE has quite a startup time, but none of Celsius' attacks will hit Leia while she's moving using it, so I will make sure i have enough distance to be in that state by the time she reaches me.

This took WAYY too long(over a week, not counting time spent with her on Muzet), since Im not familiar with Milla outside casual play. Had to truncate both combos since he dies quickly(only 1x dmg GS option here). I JUST now thought of using an All-Divide between combos, but Ive gotten crapped on because of the non-arte electric field )=0[, plus I put in extra work to trim the fat off the combos, so Im satisfied with this.
