Bandai Namco have added a new specs page to the official Tales of Vesperia 10th Anniversary website and it reveals the technical performance of the game on each platform...

It's odd that there is no mention of the PS4 Pro or Xbox One X but that may also be because they haven't yet started an optimisation patch for them which may be included by the time it's ready for launch. You can find all the spec info here: tov10th.tales-ch.jp/remaster/spec/products.php
