This is the theme for the final dungeon, Élan Vital, in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3. Thanks to dagoldenclip2 for recording it from the game for me. It does indeed sound very God Eater influenced.
This video serves more of a message to subscribers and listeners alike. Uploads have been pretty lax since I've been hounding away at the ISO for Radiant Mythology 3, trying to pull what music from it I could. I wasn't too successful in the music department, but by the looks of things Shiina and Nakamura don't seem to have any new original battle themes for the game. Hopefully that isn't the case and people are still unlocking music, but that's what it seems like at the moment.
Anyway, RM3 is going to get a playlist here when an official OST is released. In a few days a "Best of..." album for RM3 is being released, with this song included on it, so chances are I'll try to upload that whenever I get the chance to, for quality's sake.
As for regular uploads, I just started playing RM3 myself and am wrapping up long-winded video game runs on my Vercsase account, so any free time is siphoned into that, but I'll try to squeeze any time in the middle to render some uploads. If anyone comes across any music they might think was composed by Shiina, RM3 or not, feel free to drop me PM.
