Originally released on December 16th, 2004 which is 9 days before Christmas, the same day as Chaos Field on the Sega Dreamcast, 12 days after The Incredibles saw it's Japanese premiere and a month after The Spongebob Squarepants Movie, it's the 6th entry of the Tales of Franchise, it's Tales of Rebirth. Came out a year after Tales of Symphonia and a year before Tales of Legendia. My brother received this game as a late Christmas present after the first attempt to order this one on eBay failed just like with my DVD set of Saber Marionette J and X-Men VS. Street Fighter on the Sega Saturn. This one switches back to 2D graphics after the previous entry, which had 3D graphics and that one was on the Gamecube as well as the PS2. Yes, this one was also on the PSP, that one came out in the Spring of 2008. In this one, you play as a dude with ice powers (you know, kinda like Frozone from The Incredibles and Cirno from Touhou Project.) named Veigue Lundberg. (Sounds German, doesn't it?) There is also a red haired dude named Mao (name sounds Chinese and I thought he was a girl.) and there is a black lion man named Eugene. (Not trying to be racist here. And not the Hey Arnold! character.) For this game's plot, I think it involves Viegue trying to rescue a couple of princesses. And maybe something else? The gameplay as 3 different lanes to fight your enemies on similar to Guardian Heroes on the Sega Saturn. If you like the Tales of series, I think you might wanna check this one out.
