This video is about the Simon Stahlenhag book 'Tales From The Loop'.

Tales From The loop examines an alternate timeline full of technological wonders, dark tragedies and familiar decline.

Its equal parts nostalgia and sci-fi, life and death, future and past.

Its a brilliant book, and I really enjoyed getting to grips with it.

I look at some of the themes I found within the artwork and narratives, discuss how they resonated with me, and talk about how it can be interpreted through a left wing lense.
