SHOSUI TAKEDA RESTOCK - Saturday July 4 we'll have a STACK of Takeda knives restocking online and in-store. These usually go in seconds, so you'll have to move quick!⁠

Knives go online at 10am MDT online, and are available in-store at opening. In-store inventory will not be available online until Monday July 6, but we expect the store inventory to go quick!⁠

Takeda-san is legendary among knifemakers. He's known for making incredibly thin, tall blades. They're deceptively lightweight but they cut like a Buster Sword. They even feature a unique bevel that helps food push off the blade, pure genius.⁠
