RULES:
- Eligible Countries/Territories for this contest are United States, UK, France, Germany and Netherlands. We are working with our legal team to add more Countries in the future.

- Entries must be submitted to COLLECTIVE before 23:59 PST on September 1, 2018.
- Entrants are only eligible to win one prize regardless of their number of entries.
- The Judges will review a maximum of one submission from each Entrant per scene (i.e. a maximum of two submissions per Entrant - one submission for each scene). If multiple submissions are submitted by an Entrant for a single scene then one submission will be selected at random for review, the others will be discarded.
Entrants have creative freedom to restructure scenes and remove or repeat actor’s lines.
- Entrants can only use the footage provided. No reshoots or additional shots are allowed.
- Entrants can use their own music provided they own the license or it falls under the free creative common license. In order to be eligible to win a prize, a license agreement will be requested to verify the right to use the music. Copyright violations disqualify entrant.
- Entries longer than 5 minutes will be disqualified. We recommend 1-3 minutes runtime.
- The judges will review eligible submissions and select Grand Prize and Runners-Up Prize Winners.
- The Audience Award will be determined by the eligible submission with the highest number of COLLECTIVE votes (i.e., hearts) at 23:59 PST on September 1, 2018. If the film with the highest number of votes is also the film selected by the judges then the film with the second highest vote count (and so on) will win the Audience Award.
- Please do not use your name as a credit in the scene. During judging review, each eligible submission will be anonymized so the judges will not know the name of the entrant.
