Put down your knife and fork for 24 hours and take on the #FAST24 challenge and help raise invaluable funds for Unicef’s vital nutrition programme in Liberia.
Here's how it works:
1) Sign up and recruit as many people as you can to join your fast.
2) Ask your friends and family to sponsor you and raise £100 – enough money to provide four malnourished children with a month’s supply of life-saving emergency food.
3) For 24 hours say no to cereal, dodge the donuts and pass on the pasta!
