The song seems to be made by a rock band called "黑手那卡西" or roughly translated as "Black Hand Nakaichi", but the full name is "黑手那卡西工人樂隊 (Black Hand Nakaichi workers' band)" which is a social movement-oriented workers' band established in Taiwan in 1996. The band was involved in social movement issues such as the Autumn Struggle, which was a labor workers' movement protest in Taiwan, & other labor movement. The band has been inactive since 2016
