Awaken Realms funded their first campaign for Tainted Grail on Kickstarter near the end of 2018. They raised £ 4.940k. Now almost four years later, on the 27th of September 2022 to be exact, Awaken Realms launches a second campaign for Tainted Grail on Gamefound.
The new stand-alone add-on called Kings of Ruin, is added to the Tainted Grail line-up. Kings of Ruin uses most of the mechanics and rules of the previous games, but polishes some rules. The emphasis slightly shifts from survival to exploration instead. Survival is still part of the game, but Kings of Ruin is less grindy than it’s predecessors and offers players more time to go exploring.
As part of the new Gamefound campaign all previous Tainted Grail content can be purchased once again. So if you’re looking for Fall of Avalon, Age of Legends, Last Knight or Red Death you should definitely check out the new Tainted Grail campaign.
