Tailgate Tuesday in Nova Scotia. While on a recent road trip with my daughter we decided to have a Tailgate Tuesday supper while waiting in the parking lot for the Marine Atlantic Ferry to Newfoundland. We just boiled up some water for our Mountain House freeze dried meals. They were a quick and easy item to prepare after a 10 Hour drive From Edmundston, New Brunswick all the way across Nova Scotia to the ferry terminal in North Sydney. Later that evening we had about a 7.5 hour ferry crossing to Port Aux Basques, Newfoundland. Followed by another 10 hour drive across the island to our home. #tailgatetuesday
