Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is a mind-body practice originating from Chinese martial arts, which is widely practised for health and well-being. It is regarded as an "internal art" due to the inner focus and emphasis the practitioner has while moving.

Jon Price has been studying Tai Chi and Qigong for eighteen years and has a background within various Chinese martial arts prior to making the shift towards the internal arts . His focus is on using the arts as a life practice exploring and developing the relationship between body and mind.

This recording was taken from Zoom at the Virtual Festival of the Middle Way, 19th April 2020.
