Well, this was my saturday night.
Kinnikuman is my favourite tv series but I have never played any of the Kinnikuman video game adaptions.
They can't be that bad right? I'm going to jump right in with M.U.S.C.L.E Tag Team match for the NES.
Released in 1985 M.U.S.C.L.E Tag Team Match is a wrestling games for the NES.
The move list is very limited but the character selection is not too bad ( I personally like wrestling but i hate wrestling games with a diffucult control layout)
I didn't hate M.U.S.C.L.E Tag Team Match, infact i actually enjoyed my time with the game and i will be coming back to this title as it's a really fun mindless game to play.
There's is a fair amount of challenge to be had with this wrestling title which has got me thinking about other wrestling games that i should check out on the NES.
Anyways i personally think that M.U.S.C.L.E Tag Team Match is a great fun game but that electric stage is brutal on the eyes much like the Atari like sprites.

Wow, look where we are with gaming. For years we having been playing games set in postapocalyptic worlds but playing a game based on what has happened and is happing right now to our world is really something.
Edengate The Edge Of Life came out in november of 2022. Im not going to say too much about what happens in Edengate The Edge Of Life as i could spoil the game for you given its a short game but i can tell you it is worth checking out.

Star Wars The Phantom Menace was released for the Playstation 1 in 1999.
I remember being really let down by the Phantom Menace when it first came out. Growing up, i was big into Star Wars but all i remember about the Phantom Menace was feeling so confused by what i was watching halfway through the film.
One thing i have noticed about Star Wars though is the games released for the franchise have never let me down. Every single Star Wars game ive played has always impressed me with it story telling and gameplay.
That being said The Phantom Menace is a great game, even today we get great Star Wars games but the movies and now tv shows are still a let down.

Clid The snail is a action adventure game that was released in 2021.
I was intrested in checking out Clid The snail for two reasons:
1. I was intrigue by the title - Clid The Snail, ofcourse.
2. The gameplay looked like a ps3 game...I have a soft spot for ps3 games.
You may play as a snail but the action in the game isnt at a snails pace.

New Ghostbusters 2 was released in 1991 for the NES.
Ive played a handful of Ghostbusters games and so far and ive really enjoyed them.
But a Ghostbusters game titled the new ghostbusters 2 has a pretty intriguing title. It reads to me ghostbusters 2 under new management
Well, the new management did a great job as i enjoyed everything about this new ghostbusters 2 entry.
From a first glance, new ghostbusters 2 kinda looks like a gameboy game with it visuals but this was made for the NES and has quite a bit of a challenge waiting for you in the levels plus the boss fights can be really challenging as well...except the last boss.
Im kinda interested in checking out the other Ghostbuster 2 games that dont have new in the title. Also dont you think its weird that the SNES console doesnt have one Ghostbusters game? I do.")

I suck at fighting games.
But everynow and then i want to play a fighting game, i guess that makes me a sucker for punishment? i think so.
The last fighting game i played was Fist Of The North Star on the Super Famicom and i really enjoyed my time with the game but i did state that i was playing on easy mode.
Given that i really enjoy the Fist Of The North Star manga, i just had a blast playing as Kenshiro beating up his enemies.
This time around I went way out there with Super Variable geo. I just wanted to play a unknown fighting game that i own but havent checked out yet.
Super Variable Geo was released for the Super Famicom in 1995.
You kick, you punch and the combos are pretty easy for Super Variable Geo. Does that mean its a boring game? hell no.
Theres a fair amount of fighters to choose from and the diffuclty is present.
