My thoughts
1. idealistic body of work cross continents for over a century including novels,plays, poetry, etc...
concerns: recent trend to more Bookeresque trauma lit, and continuing Nordic bias over neglected areas such as: Southwest and Southeast Asia plus only 1 winner for the whole subcontinent, Oceania (except White), West Africa, Maghreb, Central America, Andean countries, etc.
2. Middle years winners such as Hesse, Bellow, Sartre/Camus, Garcia Marquez
3. Off top head starting with N.Am: Robertson Davies, Sherman Alexie, Carlos Fuentes...
4. All but a dozen or so from the earliest and latest winners - By language Tier List Videos to come...
