I love spending time with coaches who are specialists in a particular field! One such outstanding individual is Team GB Olympian, GB Taekwondo über coach and all round kicking machine Martin Stamper 🥋🔥🤭

Here, in this clip I stole from him the last time he was at my gym, he goes through a couple of turning kicks he likes to work off the rear front kick whilst sparring or fighting.
