The Turbine Roller Is basically the Dynamo Roller of this game, and in early game it requires a lot of ink management and game awareness because of its long windup.

Shot Pot - Double Trouble, Multi Shot, Blaster Modifier, Prioritize Damage and Cooldown
Splattelites - Prioritize Damage, Duration/Cooldown, and range of damage.
