Today I review the NEW Salt & Straw® Churro Ice Cream Taco from Taco Bell®! ($3.99)

Taco Bell has officially partnered with Portland-based ice cream maker Salt & Straw to launch the new Salt & Straw Churro Ice Cream Taco nationwide as of September 1, 2026. Inspired by the iconic, discontinued Klondike Choco Taco, this nationwide rollout follows a highly successful, limited run of a previous version called the "Tacolate" last year.

Dessert Lineup & Menu Details

Salt & Straw Churro Ice Cream Taco ($3.99): Available at participating Taco Bell locations nationwide for a limited time. It features a crispy waffle cone shell packed with a brand-new Churro Ice Cream, coated in dark chocolate and puffed rice.

Salt & Straw Choco-Waffle Chiller ($4.69): Available exclusively at select beverage-forward Live Más Café locations (in Southern California, Dallas, Houston, and Las Vegas). This frozen drink blends vanilla ice cream with churro crumbles and waffle cone pieces inside a crackable chocolate shell, topped with whipped cream
