Fireball Tim Lawrence lets me drive his brand new 2017 Mazda MX5 Targa top. Though he calls it a hardtop convertible I don't think it is.
We drove it through the hills of Malibu and throw it around a bit to see just how far the MX5 has come. This hard top iteration is a beauty and no slouch.

I usually drive V8 muscle cars and I can say that going to the Mazda MX5 is not a disappointment in the slightest.
