“Consensus that factors in society and government perspectives is what our new data economy standards need. The G7 will need to grapple with this, and we cannot afford to wait.”
The G7 will play an important role in deciding the standards that will shape new and changing industries worldwide. Industry will decide how these standards will look like in practice; establishing standards now allows the most security for society, government, and business.
