Sarabi and Zira were both two of the candidates for being Mufasa's Queen. I have invented a sort of "tradition" for the Pridelands and the differend Pride: each future King could have a rose of different princess, coming from different Prides. They are usually daughters of their Pride's Queen and King born in their second or third litter and they are hosted in the Prince's kingdom from their childhood. They are potential future queens for other prides. Being hosted in the Prince's kingdom from childhood sounds like a strategic way to foster relationships and assess compatibility. The one who would be chosen would become queen; the others would have however big roles in the pride they have been hosted for years. In Mufasa's case, they have been chosen Sarafina, Zira and Sarabi. The girls don't care so much about the possibility to be queen by Mufasa's side. They are a strong, big team, a trio of friends.But then they grow up and things change. Sarabi and Zira get closer and closer. They fall in love. Sarafina, who is their ally, try to save her love proposing to Mufasa. If he chose her, Zira and Sarabi would live their love with no problems. At the end, why not? Mufasa likes all the three girls, in his way. They are all clever, great huntresses, and beautiful. Why he couldn't choose Sarafina?But he chooses Sarabi instead.And Sarabi has to accept. It's the deal, after all. The reason she came in the Pridelands when she was just a cub.Sarabi is not happy about it. But it's her duty, it's what she has to do.And so she leaves Zira and accepts to be Mufasa's queen. They marry. They have a son.Zira is heartbroken and desperated. Everything but one thing: when Nala has left the prideland, she has left there a child as well. He is Kopa, her and Chumvi's son. In my headcanon Chumvi is one of Scar's cubs and at some time of Scar's reign he has been bethroted to Nala. They have conceived Kopa.When Nala comes back with Simba, Chumvi is dead, maybe killed by hyenas, and Kopa lives with the other lionesses. Nala, after the "Can you feel the love tonight" moments, is still pregnant with the new heir of the Pridelands. She never rejects her first child, however.Sarabi, on her side, is frightened that Nala could have some preference for his first cub. And for protecting Simba's legacy she kills the little Kopa. She has by her side some lionesses who have the same fear and who think that the murder of the kid could be considered a little sacrifice for a greater good When Nala finds out everything she gets mad with Sarabi. She wants her to be dead, She wants to kill Sarabi and her accomplices. She assembles an army of loyal lionesses for herself in order to fight the traitors. Outlanders and Pridelands are one, they have found a balanced way to be together and to feel in harmony. Kion lives in the Night Pride as Queen Rani's Prince Consort and Kiara and Kovu have been betrothed and they are training to be Queen and Prince Consort. Their coronation will take place at the moment of Kiara's first heat, when she and Kovu would be coronated and then isolated into the "royal alcove" for conceiving the royal heirs. This is the coronation law in the Pridelands. (i have invented it)But long before her first heat, Kiara has begun to develop a sort of special friendship with Vitani, her bethroted's sister and one of the best huntresses in the Pride lands. Nobody think anything about their bond, they are just two young, strong lionesses who share their time together.But something changes indeed.Vitani begins to have romantical thoughts towards Kiara and soon she gets that she has fallen for her brother's mate. It was a hard part for me to do cause there are so little amount of Baliyo' s maskings and I have to adapt the ones I have in some way and to create one by myself (it is bad product but I need Baliyo in that pose). I was afraid I had produced something ugly and insignificant but I think it works anyway. In this AU Simba has never come back to the pride lands. Nala run away from Scar's reign but she never meet Simba. And maybe she just forgets her good intentions to come back, finding new happy and safe place she could live in peace. Scar in this universe is not such a bad administrator and the Pride is not in misery and starvation. After long time of grieving, Sarabi has accepted to be his queen. She doesn't love him, but the pride needs a queen and she just want to preveserve her title, for having more control of the situation as well. Nuka is one of their cubs, the only male and the heir. One day, Nuka ends up to save a young lion. He was wandering through the Pridelands and she has been attacked by the hyenas. Lots of hyenas. Nuka has stopped them and has taken the young stray to his parents. The young lion's name is Baliyo. Sarabi and Scar end up to accept Baliyo into the pride. Nuka is super happy about it. He is excited by the presence of having a same sex playmate, being him grow up together with his sisters. He begins to talk him "his brother". Nuka wants that everyone accepts Baliyo as new member of the pride and as his friend. He wants all the animals of the pride to know about it. And Baliyo is happy of this new situation, even if he misses his old home and sometimes run away full of melancholic thoughts. My OCs belong the most to The Lion King's fandom, and so let me introduce you Tumaini. She is born two months after Scar's death. Her mom is one of the lioness of the Pride, Tama. She is one of the best huntresses of the Pride. Scar had begun to have project with her, cause he loved strong, good in hunt, lionesses, thiking of them as great items for his search of strong heirs.But Tama had understood something and she succeed in running away from the pridelands. Just like Nala, she wanted to look for help.She had asked for help to a young, strong rogue met during her escape. He had been so kind with her, making her believe she had found the saviour of the Pridelands. But he did want just have fun: he had seduced Tama and then he had run away from her. Tama was two months pregnant, alone and hurt, when she had heard that Scar had been defeated by Simba, the one and true heir. She has come back to her home, welcomed by everyone.Simba has accepted her and her unborn cubs: she has told him and her pridesisters the truth about their father. And she has decided to forget him and to love her cubs anyway.And so Tumaini is a little bit older than Kiara, Simba and Nala's daughter. They have been friends as cubs, but growing up Tumaini has understood that she liked Kiara more than a friend. For this Christmas Simba is with hid adoptive parents and with his friend Ashiki , met in the jungle (I have always used Rani for representing teen and young adult Ashiki; being her a cub in this video I have used cub Kiara for representing her) . In my headcanon, Ahiki would be Kopa's mother: her friendship with Simba would develop in love and they would end up to share sweet moments together, conceiving Kopa.But now they are cubs and they are just friends.The little family plays, laughs and have fun together. They meet each other short after Kiara's first hunt, while Kovu is "realizing" Zira's plan (indeed he is knowing Kiara, Simba and the Pridelands, falling for Kiara and beginning to know that things are not the way his mom has told) and they, too, fall to each other. This part is a sort of AU of my headcanon, cause it's placed before Kiara's first hunt, before Kion leaving for the tree of Life. Tiifu and Nuka have met each other in some time between the second and the third season of The Lion Guard, they have known each other and they have already in love. It's a young, teen love, but they do truly love each other.When they are together they can forget everything wrong in their life: Nuka's feeling of not being enough for his mom and his secondary role in her plan, Tiifu's feeling of not being enough as well, not being so pretty as Zuri or not so smart as Kiara. With Nuka she feels at her place, reciprocated.In this Alternative Universe Nuka ends up to confess Tiifu about Zira's plan and he will be a strong ally for Simba and his pride in order to win Zira and to make her plan to fail before it even begins. But it is an other story I will talk somewhere else.In this part Nuka and Tiifu are celebrating Christmas with their Prides, thinking to each other strongly. Five months have passed since that adventure.The day of Christmas, that Christmas, is dedicated to celebrate love, family and friendship and to have a memory for old missed friends. Tramp and Angel are the ones who talk the most, cause they are the ones who have some friends who, even if they are not dead, are lost forever. Tramp talks about her friend Peg, a rogue who fought everytime against the dog catcher. Tramp knows that she has been seen by Lady the last time into the dog shelter, he hopes she succeed in running away from that place. But I feel the way she feels, the feeling of hate, resentemente, sorrow for her mother. I am old, I am a big woman who enjoys herself in editing with cartoon. And so I'd like to say that I have forgiven my mother for all the bad words, for her emotional immaturity, for the way she made me feel, for what it brought about in me. I got that she was no mean, she just didn't know other ways to act. She wanted my best, but it was hard to get. I have to grow up for understanding it.And now I am who I am, with all my weaknesses, also for this. And sometimes, even now, I feel some resentement towards her. Even if I know she has not been mean, that she was aimed for my best.Even in this story there is a daughter (younger than me) that feels resentement towards her mother, without fully understaning her.STORYLINE: Haki is an OC of mine, she is he daughter of Kovu and Vitani, conceived into a some ritual organised by Zira. They are not siblings by blood, even if they ignore it.After the Prides' reunion, Vitani runs away. She is pregnant but nobody knows about it. She can't stand the weight of that pregnancy, considerating that Kovu is so in love with Kiara and that now he is fully part of the royal family. She knows nobody would ask anyhing about her cubs' father, but she is confused and aching and she just wants to be alone far far away. She wanders for days, maybe for months, and at the end she is rescued by Zira. Her mother is not dead, she is alive and she has a mate. And she is pregnant, even if just at the beginning of the pregnancy (Vitani is near to give birth). She welcomes Vitani and let her to have her cubs into her and her mate's den. Vitani gives birth to two healthy cubs, a male and a female, and to a still born male.Haki is Vitani's daughter. When she is three months old, Vitani goes away. She wants to come back to the Pridelands, she doesn't like her mum's behaviour and her mom's mate's neither, they are both slimy and obsessed by revenge. And then Vitani doesn't like the way he looks at her constantly, with such a lascivious gaze. She wants to go back, to be far from them as soon as possible.But she is not so strong yet, she feels guilty in some way, and her mom forbids her to leave without a deal. Vitani can go, of course, and the female of hers too, but the male has to stay with Zira and her mate.Vitani is desperated and she accepts, even she feels dead insides in letting his son with her mad mother.She takes Haki and they run away. Haki is hurt, she misses her brother (blue eyed Kovu). She ends uo to have a nice life back to the pridelands, where her mother and she have been welcomed warmly; there she has friends and love. But she can't help but blaming her mother for letting his brother behind.When she is a teeanger she can't stand her mum, she literally hates her for that mistake of her. She doesn't ignore that Vitani feels bad for having abandoned her son, but she can't help but shouting her how she is bad and how her action can never be forgiven. Vitani is sorry about it but she is a little bit disappointed about her daughter's fury. Hey brother - animash mep - part 8 - siblings reunion Giulia dans le noir 2024-11-15 | I have been a little bit absent in this period: work, houseworks, a little accident with a knife which made a finger of my right hand painful. I have not had so much time for editing.But now here I am with a part for @the_ninja_hugger "Hey brother" (youtube.com/watch?v=3fQz7EQTEkQ).At first I wanted to use Kiara and Kopa, cause I am so fond of the story I have created with them, with Kiara's feeling of guiltness and Kopa's sensation of missing everytime something about his family. But then I changed my mind and I focused on Aleu and Kodi.They are siblings in the canonical story, but little did we know about their bond. They have taken different roads, it's true, but they have shared the beginning of their life and part of their childhood.It's possible that after Kodi has been adopted they could have continued to see each other sometimes. We know literally nothing though.There is not a real storyline here, just the feeling of a bond that never stops to exist. Even if now they have chosen different path, they love each other (as siblings, of course) in the same way they did when they were cubs.The part portays a special day, time after Aleu's departure, lonf after the end of the third movie: now Aleu has her own place in a wolf's pack, she has her life, she is happy, and Kodi has his own balance and happiness as sled dog. For Aleu's pack is a great time, cause the weather is still warm and there is food for everyone; so Aleu leaves temporarily the pack for visiting her native town.She ends up meeting Kodi and they are so happy to see each other, to remember the time of their childhood. They talk to each other about their lives. Kodi is a little bit skeptical about Aleu being with wolves, but she is so happy indeed! He can't help but noticing how her fate is so different from his own. He truly wants to love and be loved and to have friends, but something deep into his soul makes him loves blood and fight as well.And so he looks for company, for love and friendship but he ends up to attack, bite and kill everyone around him.However at the end he is stopped by Cash, who urts him. I have read the beginning of the book, years ago, intended to finish it in some future days.In this part Copper just bumps into Rowf and Snitter, the two main characters of Plague Dogs, looking for their place after they have run away from the animal research facility they were caged. Dixie, who loves Steele since ages, visits him often and they end up to become a pair.When Tappeesa arrives, she notices that big, strong, dog isolated from the others but a chatty silvery purple Pomeranian. Steele is attracted by the new arrival, so beautiful and kind. And so they begin to know each other. Dixie can't help but noticing this approach and she is worried, cause she is afraid to lose her bond with Steele.
