Syulen is a new ship from Gatac manufacturer and in the current patch it's somehow possible to push it with a Personal Tractor Beam. Not sure if it's intentional (the ship is very lightweight) but if tractor beam can operate heavy containers - lore-wise it may affect the light spacecrafts as well. Keep in mind it might get changed in future updates, like everything else.
