Sorry for AC in the background. As I said, my videos are all impromptu and not flashy.
I forgot to mention, Coreboot used by System76 is UEFI only. There is no option for CSM or Legacy BIOS boot.
Also, because it is open source, you CAN customize the settings for fan curves and other things (some people change keyboard keys etc). You will need to change things in the source code (GitHub), compile, then flash the firmware with your custom one.
It's definitely not easy mode. I'm not a developer and I don't code, so I rely on others, lol. But this makes Coreboot a much faster and leaner firmware than other OEM and closed source firmwares.
