One of my most favorite songs of SHINee. When I first heard what happened to Jonghyun, I first couldn't believe it. SHINee was the band that got me into kpop and I just couldn't imagine a part of SHINee being gone from my life. They literally gave me the happiness I needed and walked the road of kpop with me for 4 years now. Before I went to sleep I watched a video of SHINee and I couldn't stop smiling. The next morning I woke up and read about Jonghyun's last farewell message to us and it hurted so much. Why was he the one living this way? Why couldn't he get the happiness he wanted other people to have? When I cried and kept crying this song popped in my head. 'Baby don't cry, I'll be by your side' as he was telling me it's okay, as he was telling me he's watching me. This SHINee song brought me closer to them and made me feel like SHINee will forever be with me and don't make me feel lonely again. But now I realise that Jonghyun isn't gone, but just isn't visible with the eye. He's still with us in our hearts and watching us from above. Saying the words 'I'm with you', just like the song says. Rest in peace Jonghyun, I'm happy the pain is now gone and please keep watching over your family, friends and us Shawols.
