Server room trap link below. Overall, not too difficult. The reinforcement (if guards killed), are reminiscent of Payday 2's White House PEOC.
Overall strategy:
I wanted to remain unmasked because of the final part of moving loot to the van. Scrambler basic for the 3rd runtime, and aced with ECM to trigger Rush, especially for Social Engineering with the civs. Then the server room trap because it's funny.
The guard patrolling in a circle around A/B, may use the back corridor, depending on which passageway is available/sealed. Watch out especially if RNG makes him clockwise, as we might run into him.
When exiting the control room, I will try to listen out for the lead guard's footsteps and walkie buzz, in case he's headed up there (shut up Shade).
When 3 correct servers are decrypted, one extra civ spawns from the elevator near the basement entrance, while another guard comes in from the elevator near Cooling and both are easy to avoid.

My solo stealth all loot run with a risk-free strategy. The Shanda Latrell painting requires 3 players at least so this is the max for solo.
I dislike how most other gameplays are haphazard with no clear strategy in mind. Most of the time they only work on solo. This is my risk-free strategy which can be used for multiplayer as well. Some time was spent understanding the guard patrols so I know how to avoid them, or can even walk behind them at certain times. I picked a run with the rear guard on purpose to show that its achievable. Credits to pinki_ninja for the spy cam strat on the public zone.
Strategy & Tips:
- Skill Strategist Ace to mark 2 additional targets plus longer duration.
- Access the cameras, and get familiariased with the zones they look at.
- Lead guard only heads upstairs after securing some loot or possibly completing the first few objectives. Either way, get all loot out before securing them.
- Top floor is pretty straightforward. Ensure we can know where the two guards in the area are (by marking) before making any moves. Be careful while following the vending machine guard, he doesnt stay there for long and may turn around on us.
- Bottom floor, the NE area is quite sparse and is ideal to start with. For the security bar hacks, the cafe, lobby and toilet areas are safer to hack. I try to avoid the intersection near the toilets.
- The rooftop is a good place to move loot around without danger.
- Spy cam 1 was used to tag lead guard and spy cam 2 to spot outer civs. For multiplayer, I suggest planting motion sensor on lead guard, while another unmasked player grabs and secure loot without suspicion.
- AI can carry loot. Walk into a public zone and they will follow to the nearest spot they can. Throw loot bags on them and retrieve later.

I imagined Touch The Sky to be the 2nd hardest stealth heist, but it was not as difficult as expected.
Overall strategy:
Spend 2 pagers upstairs on the guards on that floor and tag the lead guard with a motion sensor. When moving loot, just need to watch for the lead guard and the one that travels both floors. The main entrance guard is left alive.
Spec Ops achievement:
The Menacing skill can be used to shout down guards (Mark key). Make sure to face them until they drop an ammo box (become a civilian).
Tips:
- There is a glitch to answer pagers quickly, by tying a hostage slightly before the pager.
- Ground floor is a Private area so we can sprint without alerting guards.
- There are 2 guards patrolling downstairs. Once marked, we can head to the office easily.
- The 2 civilians on the way to the office can be bypassed from the outside.
- The lead guard does not visit the area upstairs where the lady sits.
- I believe decrypting of the drive is suspicious, so I waited for the lead guard to move away before beginning.
- I change the looped cameras whenever I need to sneak areas, or move loot.
