Pairing our Commander unit with your Tesla lets you unlock a variety of climate controls, such as Camp Mode and Dog Mode, on our products, and synchronize the S3XY Knob display with the Tesla screen.
In this video, we'll show you, step by step, how to properly complete the pairing process.
But before you start, make sure the following key prerequisites are in place:
1. Have your Tesla card ready.
2. Make sure you have under 18 devices added as keys to your car. (See "Locks" page inside the Tesla Screen menu.)
3. During the process of pairing, make sure there are no more than 2 active keys - the key card and your phone. (The active keys will be marked in bold.)
