Confused with the Christmas season? Me too. Our family is searching for meaningful ways to celebrate the season (in peace) in the home using symbols, songs, and traditions. Drawing upon a little old book called A Book on Advent (1958) that my Mother-in-law shared with me, we learn how symbols are used as "silent teachers" to convey the rich meaning of Christmas. Stayed tuned for a special guest at the end of the video...

What symbols and traditions do you find most meaningful? How do you communicate their meaning to the next generation?
