An update! While pawing through my junk, I found a very similar looking board to that used with the early Sylvania alphanumeric display I showed a couple weeks back. This board has a number (SM-252M), and clearly is a Sylvania product, which tells me the other board is also a Sylvania product. Another piece of the puzzle.
