The Australian Music Association’s long-running, acclaimed Guitar Show brand came to Sydney for the first time on March 7 & 8, 2026 and thousands of Sydney-siders lapped up the opportunity to delve into all things guitar-related. For years, Victorian music fans had enjoyed the Melbourne Guitar Show, now it was its northern neighbour’s turn to rock out to guitar gear, performances and demonstrations. Situated at the Sydney Showgrounds, crowds queued in tropical heat on day one of the two day event to be first to view the fretted fare on offer and there was plenty of it!
