Not as bad as people make it out to be, still pretty bad though. Without hardmode (or with prosthetics allowed), after one terror scream you can deflect the entire wife's combo, then finish her off, ending the gank phase quickly.

Dropped an insane talisman and figured I had to come back to the run using a new build. Last time was a dodge focused raw build, this time its dragon conversion + blood awakening elemental build.
