SAO Alicization Lycoris: SAO Shop Vol. 2, Sword Dress Online

This clip shows an error message on Volume 2 from Sword Dress Online in the title menu for SAO Shop. The information displayed, "A network error has occurred. 0011 Couldn't connect to server." Others have been reporting this error message after the game update patch to Version 1.21 on January 13, 2021. One information prompt after loading into the game and selecting Continue displayed, "Equipped item inactive because game is unable to connect to server. Visualize Attire is disabled."

A second notification displayed, "Couldn't connect to server." It is possible the server is offline for maintenance after the recent update patch. Service will be restored to Cube, SAO Shop, and the Daily Quest once this has been completed.

Please note, error messages in this game are very rare.
