SAO Alicization Lycoris: Reaper Reborn, The Fatal Scythe
This clip shows the game freezing during the Reaper Reborn Quest when fighting Divine Beast: The Fatal Scythe at Level 98 in the Death Reaper Temple close to a save point near Forest of the Dead. It was the first time I have experienced this game freeze since day one on Xbox One X or Xbox Series X. I used Centorian Stew that is listed in Items: Consumables before starting this quest. The description displayed, "A slow-cooked stew that's developed an intense fragrance over several days. Attack +10%, Invisible, Shrink Enemy Scan Area 30%."
SAOAL is installed on a 4 TB External 5,400-RPM Hard Disc Drive and no downloads or installations were occurring in the background. One theory why the game had this frozen glitch during that quest is because it was also the first time I had used Centorian Stew in this area. My Raid Party Setup in the Organization Menu included Kirito, Eugeo, Asuna, and Sinon with Leafa, Selka, Silica, and Lisbeth; Alice, Sortiliena, Ronie, and Tiese; and Bercouli, Fanatio, Deusolbert, and Medina. The description for Raid Battle displayed, "In Raid Battles, you work alongside your allies to topple the Raid Boss. Raid Bosses are stronger than your average foes, so pull out all the stops! Don't forget to pay attention to your allies! Keep an eye on their health and watch out for enemy attacks!"
