One of the questions I get asked the most: "How do you switch planners without your whole life falling apart?"

"Playing with" planners has always made me happy, and switching planners makes me even happier. Something about setting up a new planner brings me a feeling of peace and accomplishment.

After a lot of thought, I identified five things that I do that make switching planners more fun and less stress. I hope you find it helpful!

The Summary:

1. Stay in the same size and format and just switch covers.
2. Maintain structured reviews.
3. Leave your "old" planner set up.
4. Use the same system in every planner.
5. Keep long-term projects and plans in a digital calendar and/or planning app.
