This is one of two scenes exclusive to the Japanese version of Panic!, a bizarre button-pressing game for the Sega/Mega CD.

This scene was possibly removed in the American version due to the overabundance of Japanese text (that, and translation convenience, since there already was another scene that had an English typewriter).

In the Japanese version, Scene 09-B can be accessed from Scene 09-A by pressing the button with the bomb on it. In the American version, said button takes you to Scene 09-C instead.
