This is one of two scenes exclusive to the Japanese version of Panic!, a bizarre button-pressing game for the Sega/Mega CD.

This scene was removed in the American version due to being a tobacco reference.

Scene 02-B can be accessed in the Japanese version by pressing the top-right button on the remote in Block 01. Said button takes you to Scene 03-B instead in the American version. Also, the very last button in Scene 02-B takes you to Scene 03-B.
