The Switch 2 just got an update that improves how Switch 1 games run in handheld mode… but that’s not the part that surprised me.

After finishing Resident Evil 9 on the Nintendo Switch 2, I realized something kind of crazy — this is probably the first time in a very long time that I’ve beaten a major third-party game on a Nintendo system.

And that made me rethink how I actually use Nintendo hardware.
